The Department of the Environment (SFEnvironment) has proposed entering into a new lease, subject to approval by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, that would consolidate the department’s offices into one office at 1455 Market Street, with a proposed move-in date of October 1, 2012. The department is proposing entering into a seven year lease for 24,440 square feet of space on the 12th floor, which would include offices and a public Eco Center.
