Single Family Residential Incentives
The San Francisco Home Improvement and Performance Program (SFHip) is a residential energy savings program for San Francisco homeowners that provides incentives for energy reduction; greater reduction means greater incentives. A participating contractor will come to the house and provide a comprehensive audit showing the home’s performance and will suggest customized improvements that will save the most energy and get the most incentive money.
