SF Energy Watch Partner

Working Together to Help You Keep Energy Bills Low

SF Energy Watch is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by Pacific Gas and Electric Company in collaboration with the City and County of San Francisco and under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. The California Public Utilities Commission directed Pacific Gas and Electric Company to form partnerships with local governments to implement this and similar programs throughout.  In San Francisco, the program is being carried out by the Department of the Environment

SF Energy Watch program targets businesses and the owners of commercial and multifamily buildings who receive electric and/or natural gas distribution service from Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and are located within the limits of the City of San Francisco.
