Is sea level really going to rise in San Francisco?

Erosion from high tides and storm events is already wearing away San Francisco's Ocean Beach, and the bay is lapping the edges of the Embarcadero causing flooding during Storms. The San Francisco Bay is expected to see sea level rise more than four feet  this century.
