Any company that collects and transports mixed construction and demolition (C&D) debris from San Francisco jobsites must obtain a C&D transporter permit for each debris box and/or each vehicle that is used to transport.
Mixed C&D debris can be transported only to a Registered Facility that San Francisco Environment Department has approved to receive mixed debris from San Francisco jobsites .
