How to read this dashboard
Company
This column displays the company or individual that received the NOV and may be a property owner, C&D debris transporter, and/or a contractor.

Violation number
The violation numbers displayed correspond to a specific type of violation as listed below:
| Violation number: | Violation description |

| 2. | Collection/transport of C&D debris in a vehicle or debris box without a permit |

Transport type
The transport type identifies the type of vehicle that was observed as part of the notice of violation. The vehicle tiers reflect the same vehicle tiers used in SFE’s mixed C&D debris transport permit system and are determined based on carrying capacity as outlined below:
| Vehicle permit type: | CA DMV UNLADEN/G/CGW |
| Tier 1 | Under 10,001 pounds |
| Tier 2 | 10,001 - 35,000 pounds |
| Tier 3 | 35,001 - 60,000 pounds |
| Tier 4 | 60,001 - 80,000 pounds |
Outcome
The outcome column displays the status of the NOV. Anyone issued an NOV is allowed to correct the violation(s) within a prescribed time period. All NOVs can be corrected, and the outcome of that process is shown as one of the following:
| Outcome | Explanation |
| Pending | This NOV has been issued and the case has not yet been closed by SFE. |
| New Permit Application | This violation was corrected when the recipient obtained a mixed C&D debris transport permit. |
| Resolved | This violation was corrected through other documentation. |
| Invoiced | This violation was not corrected, and the recipient is responsible for paying a fine. |
