Regulations implementing the Construction & Demolition Debris Recovery Ordinance, effective May 22, 2024. These regulations explain how the Ordinance's construction & demolition (C&D) debris recovery requirements will be enforced for generators and transporters of C&D debris. Regulation #SFE-24-01-CDO replaces the previous regulation, Regulation #SFE-23-01-CDO.
