SDDSO Revised Fee Schedule July 2025

Section 2215 of the Safe Drug Disposal Stewardship Ordinance (SDDSO) authorizes the Department to charge fees to Producers of Covered Drugs, as defined, to recover the Department's costs of administering and enforcing the SDDSO. The SDDSO authorizes two types of fees: an Annual Operating Fee and a Plan Review Fee. 

The San Francisco Commission on the Environment approved a revised SDDSO fee schedule at its February 4, 2025 meeting. The revised fee schedule has an effective date of July 1, 2025.
