Non-profit organizations and schools can request items from San Francisco's Virtual Warehouse through the Rheaply platform. Each organization will need to create an account to view and request items.
To begin the process please complete and submit the Virtual Warehouse Non-Profit Sign Up Form
Once we verify that your organization is a registered and verified 501c(3) non-profit in good standing, you will receive an email update within 2-3 weeks about next steps and your access to the Virtual Warehouse (VW) platform.
What you will need to complete this sign-up:
- Contact and Location Information
- Mission Statement or Purpose (1-2 sentences)
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Copy of organization's 501c(3) or other Tax ID document
- List of employee email addresses who need access to the VW
If you have any questions about the process or how to complete this form, please email them to the Virtual Warehouse team at: [email protected].
Through the Rheaply account, your organization can view and request available items on San Francisco’s Virtual Warehouse. Requesters are responsible for all pickup and transportation logistics. Additionally, please note that non-profits and schools can only receive items. They cannot list any items of their own on the platform.
